The issues listed below may impact Vault functionality for some users. We are actively investigating all known issues and will be providing fixes and updated information in future releases. Between the limited release and the general release, we may remove issues that are found to be caused by user error or are working as designed. This list is subject to change until the general release.

CDB - Admin

CQL returns the "Unknown column ilb$Decoration$ITEM$ILB$ in field list" error when a view's CQL statement doesn't select from any forms or headers.	VDC-86578*
CQL returns an "Unknown column" error when selecting @HDR from a View.	VDC-86581*
CQL returns an "Unknown relation" error when a view's CQL statement uses a subquery.	VDC-86584*
When used in a listing, Views don't distinguish between "null" and "--".	VDC-86598*
When using @ItemGroup.SeqNbr in the WHERE clause for a View, and then querying Select * for that View, CQL may return unfilled Forms that have NULL values for @ItemGroup.SeqNbr.	VDC-86625*
When a View uses On Subject and Union, selecting from that View doesn't return the expected results.	VDC-86627*

CQL returns an "Unknown column" error when the alias for an Item ends with a period (.).	VDC-86793*
CQL doesn't return a useful error message when there are incorrect aliases.	VDC-86851*
CQL may return zero rows when there are expected results if using the Label() function.	VDC-87009*
When a View only returns the Subject.Name column, if CQL statement selects * from the View, CQL returns Subject.Name and Subject.ID.	VDC-87204*
Using Select * to query a View may return unexpected rows.	VDC-87296*
CQL may return the "Can't reopen table: '$MAIN_SEQ:0:$TEMP'" error when attempting to UnPivot in a custom listing's CQL that references a View.	VDC-87315*

CDB - Dashboards

The review Progress Report shows Review Statuses that don't match what is displayed in Workbench. With the 21R3.0 Part A release (November 19, 2021) to pre-release and limited release vaults, all Review Statuses will be cleared during the release process. This will not occur with the 21R3.0 Part B release (December 3, 2021) to general release vaults. The fix for this issue will remove the Delta Reviewed status.	VDC-82555
If a user only has the View CDB Queries permission, and no other query-related permissions, Workbench doesn't show Query Charts in the Dashboard for that user.	VDC-86341*

CDB - Export

In Studies that have two Core Listings from different Sources with the same Title, if a user adds a different Custom Listing to an SDTM Export Definition, Workbench uses random strings as column headers instead of the Item SDTM Names.	VDC-85472*
If a user copies a raw-type Export Definition, and that definition contained a listing that was deleted, Workbench shows a "Cannot save Export Definition. Export Definition contains invalid listings." error.	VDC-85866*

CDB - Import
