Fixed Issues in 22R3.5 ReleaseRelease Date: March 10, 2023
This week's release includes fixes for the following issues:
A * next to the issue number denotes an internally found defect filed during the development of Limited Release features.
|Users encounter a server error when attempting to view summary data in Assessments on an adverse event form that uses item linking.
|The Audit Trail UI displays "System (System)" in the Username column.
|Vault only selects sites on the first page when users click "Select All Sites" when running a new retrospective amendment post go live.
CDB - Checks & Queries
|The Reply button is disabled for queries in the Cell Details panel for users with the CDMS Lead Data Manager study role.
CDB - Configuration
|We made the following changes to the configuration log: added the Object column, added times to Last Modified On, and renamed Comments as Transition Comments.
|The Edit and Save pills are disabled in Step 1 of the configuration process.
CDB - CQL
|CQL may return "--" instead of the sequence number when using the FormSeqNbr function on linked forms.
CDB - Export
|The export audit log may not list some scheduled export jobs.
CDB - Import
|CDB may not apply packages imported from CDMS Utilities.
CDB - Listings
|When the Last Listing Visited link is to an Export Listing, the breadcrumb menu doesn't display the entire path after opening the link.
|When configuration for core listings is customized, Show CQL still shows the original CQL.
|The Favorite button now has a tooltip.
|In some circumstances, a user may log in to Workbench but not be able to see any of their Studies.
|In some cases, the Reconstitute Coding Requests job fails with an error.
|Data entered in the "If Item Type Other" field in the Coding Configuration isn't reflected in the API.
|In some cases, coding requests aren't autocoded after multiple Synonym List Detail assignments.
|Coding configuration isn't deleted after the user attempts to delete it.
|In some cases, derived values aren't cleared when resetting a form that's configured with Progressive Display.
|Users are shown a circular reference error when writing some derived rules.
|Progressive Display doesn't work as expected when using a derived item.
|In some cases, the data that displays in Data Entry for progressive display items that are generated by a cross-form derivations rule isn't correct.
|CDMS may not trigger follow-ups correctly after changes to a related treatment form.
|When a user changes the Transmission Profile in a non-development environment, Vault marks all safety configuration records as modified.
|CDMS doesn't send a follow-up when changes are made to a form.
|Some Core Listings columns pull from fields that are blank in Data Model 2.0.
|Log files in Admin > Operations may record errors for successful User Import jobs.
|When a subject is deleted, Vault should also delete Listing object records associated with that subject.
|When a subject is transferred to another site, Listing object records that are associated with that subject should refer to the subject's new site and study country.
|In some cases, the Event Progress Listing report shows the same date for the Planned Date, Early Planned Date, and Late Planned Date columns.
|In rare instances, the Subject Progress Listing report fails with errors for certain users.
|The Event Progress Listing job fails with errors.
|When importing normal ranges, Vault doesn't show an error when a Unit is archived.
|In Data Model 1.0, the Item Audit Trail for items in a lab form in Data Entry incorrectly displays item and unit values.
|Form Progress Listings show unexpected differences before and after Labs migration.
|With this release, Lab General Settings are only editable in development environments.
|When Vault automatically answers a query, the query team is changed to Data Management.
|In some studies that contain restricted forms, the Stratification page doesn't display for Randomization Managers.
Review Plan Assignment
|Users receive a server error when opening a Site from Tools > EDC Tools > Review Plan Assignment.
|Vault now prevents concurrent Reorder Assignment jobs.
Role & User Management
|With this release, Vault disables the Reset Password link for SSO users and doesn't include a username and temporary password in the welcome email for those users.
|During user creation, Vault doesn't show a warning when a user enters a user name for a user account that already exists.
|Some users encounter errors when attempting to run the User Activity Report from Production.
|Vault may not copy archived rules correctly if the rule was already copied into the target study.
|Not all attributes of a rule are copied when copying rules across vaults.
|In rare cases, some users may encounter a server error when attempting to edit a casebook that is locked due to a post-save rule that is currently running.
SDS & Annotated PDFs
|The SDS Summary still includes the Name row.
|Labels in unique CRF PDFs are listed in case-sensitive alphabetical order instead of case-insensitive.
SDV & DMR
|Vault marks SDV mode as "No Review" for some subjects after a subject status change.
|Some users receive multiple email notifications regarding Study Priority expiration long after manually expiring the priority.
Study Data Extracts
|In some cases, the SDE fails when exporting as SAS due to a clash between system-generated column headers and user-created item definition names.
|Vault shouldn't allow users to create a new SDE custom object configuration record using non-custom objects.
|The translation export file doesn't include Short Label on Events.
|In manual deployment Studies using Data Model V1, creating an Event Group from the schedule editor fails with the "key cannot be null or empty String" error.
|Some item groups don't show in the schedule after several copies and updates.
UI & Performance
|Users encounter an error message when selecting a coding request from the verbatims table.
|In CDB, the Study actions menu isn't scrollable.
|The Schedule Job dialog and warning dialog overlap when users attempt to schedule a fourth listing job.
|Users encounter a server error when creating a duplicate Bulk Lock & Freeze filter.
|The Bulk Lock & Freeze count in the Review tab doesn't match the actual amount of records when logged in as a Lead Data Manager.
|Checkboxes don't display for certain users in the Ready States section of the New Filter page for Bulk Lock & Freeze in the Review tab.
|When a user opens a Study in EDC Tools in an environment which hasn't received a study deployment, Vault shows an empty page instead of the available EDC Tools tabs.
|Users encounter an internal exception error message when copying a form to another study.
|Users encounter a server error when refreshing a Lab Location in Data Entry.
|The "Create" option in Studio's drag & drop editor navigates to the "Add from Study" option.
