19R3.4 Data Model Changes

As part of the 19R3.4 release, we’ve made the following changes to standard configuration in all CDMS vaults:

Changes to Support New Features

  • Added the Workbench Tab (workbench_tab__v) field to the Application Role Function (application_role_function__v) object to support the New “Workbench Tab” Permission in Role Management feature
  • Added the View Code (view_code__v) field to the Application Role Function (application_role_function__v) object to support the New “View Coding” Permission feature
  • Added the Item Label Alignment (item_label_alignment__v) picklist for the new Item Label Alignment (item_label_alignment__v) field on the Study Configuration (study_config__v) object to support the Item Indentation feature
  • Added the Data Entry Version (data_entry_verison__v) field to the Study Configuration (study_config__v) object to support the Data Entry Navigation Enhancements feature

Changes to Support Future Enhancements

  • Added the following objects:
    • Lab Template (lab_template__v)
    • Lab Location (lab_location__v)
    • Lab Reference Range (lab_reference_range__v)

  • Added the following fields to the Application Role Function (application_role_function__v) object:
    • View Form Linking (view_form_linking__v)
    • Edit Form Linking (edit_form_linking__v)

  • Added the new Application Role (application_role__v), CDMS Study Designer Read Only (cdms_study_designer_read_only__v)
  • Added the Exclude from Vault CTMS (exclude_from_vault_ctms__v) field on the Site (site__v) and Study (study__v) objects
  • Added the following fields to the Study Configuration (study_config__v) object:
    • Execution Data State Version (execution_data_state_version__v)
    • Rules Version (rules_version__v)
    • Lab Clinical Significance (lab_clinical_significance__v)
  • Added the Exclude from Vault CDMS (exclude_from_vault_cdms__v) field to the Study Site (site__v) object
