Fixed Issues in 19R2

This week’s release includes fixes for the following issues:

Casebook Versioning

Prospective and retrospective amendment jobs stop at the first Casebook that cannot be successfully amended, instead of processing all selected Casebooks. VDC-24118*

Coder Tools

Vault locks the Code With ATCs setting in Coder Tools when there are coded MedDRA dictionary Code Requests. With this release, Vault only locks this setting when there are coded WHODrug dictionary Code Requests. VDC-22893*

Data Entry

Issue Description Issue No.
After freezing and unfreezing an Item, users can't edit that Item until they refresh their browser. VDC-21628*
Vault does not set Planned Event Dates correctly when a Events do not have an Offset Event selected. VDC-21909*
When a user marks a Form as Intentionally Left Blank, Vault does not clear the value for any derived Items. VDC-21975*
In some cases, users can't open the event-level Actions menu when a Study is locked. VDC-22070*
When a Form is locked, the Freeze Event action continues to display, and users receive a server error when they select it. VDC-22075*
Vault allows users to mark a Form as Intentionally Left Blank when that Form includes controlling Items. VDC-25954*
If a study design uses a dynamic Event in two different Event Groups, one of which has an Offset Event and the other does not, Vault ignores the Offset Event and uses the current date when adding the dynamic Event. VDC-26381*
When a user clicks the Complete button, Form's state is not moved from In Progress to Submitted . VDC-26672*
Vault allows users to save Date-type Item values with a Day and unknown Month. With this release, Vault automatically sets the Day to unknown when a user sets the Month to unknown. VDC-29516*

Data Review

After a user clicks the SDV All or DMR All button, the page does not reload to update the SDV and DMR status icons. VDC-25550*
In certain cases, clicking a query from Review > Queries opens a blank page. VDC-25925*
When a planned Event is frozen, Vault does not disable the Enter Date and Did Not Occur buttons. VDC-28053*
If a user freezes a Casebook with no data, including no Event Dates, Vault does not display the Unfreeze Subject action. VDC-28055*

eSignature

Vault does not display any notification or confirmation when a user deletes a design definition that is in a layout relationship with another, such as an Item used in more than one Item Group. VDC-23662*

Studio users can't update the Items for Default Data configuration. If a user updates Item 1, and then updates Item 2, Vault removes the changes to Item 1. VDC-26629*
If a user exports a Casebook Definition with the Validated status, and imports that file into another vault, Vault does not maintain the Validated status on import. VDC-26948*

UI & Performance

When a user uses Microsoft Edge™, Vault displays an empty page after a user pops out the Coding panel into a new window. VDC-26516*
For vaults with large numbers of Code Requests, the Code Request listing page may take a long time to load. With this release, we reduced the number of Code Requests per page to 20 to address this issue. VDC-29270*

Views & Data Export
