The issues listed below may impact Vault functionality for some users. We are actively investigating all known issues and will be providing fixes and updated information in future releases. Between the limited release and the general release, we may remove issues that are found to be caused by user error or are working as designed. This list is subject to change until the general release.

Audit Trails

CDB - Import

When a Study is using Global ID, the Issue Log in the Workbench UI may not show all returned errors.	VDC-202218*
If the D-025 error occurs for multiple items in the import package, the log only captures the D-025 for the first item.	VDC-203031*
CDB may intermittently not generate the error log file in "/workbench/_errror".	VDC-203196*
CDB returns an unexpected error when a row is blank for the "blinded" column in the CSV file.	VDC-205670*
CDB doesn't process the import package when the manifest file has a valid Study Name, but the Link ID is for another Study.	VDC-205763*
Direct Data Full Package ingestion is slow, causing tests to fail due to timeouts.	VDC-207522*

CDB - Listing Builder

When a user attempts to create a new PD check with invalid CQL, Workbench doesn't prevent them from saving the check.	VDC-208172
The protocol deviation date doesn't populate when the user creates protocol deviations with the Deviation Date set to Event.Date.	VDC-209981*

CDB - Queries

Migration
