This week's release includes fixes for the following issues:

Audit Trails

The Audit Trail 1.0 displays an incorrectly formatted codelist value that causes a mismatch during migration.	VDC-203544*
The Audit Trail 1.0 displays frozen state discrepancies between the Audit Trail Export, Freeze column, and Item Audit Trail dialog.	VDC-204058*
After migrating from Data Model V1 to V2, Audit Trail Exports no longer include any rows for Items and Item Groups that were deleted prior to the migration.	VDC-207666*

CDB - Admin

In some cases, some CDB instances do not load as expected from the browser cache.	VDC-211068

CDB - CQL

Issue Description	Issue No.
A CQL statement may run in a custom listing but that same statement may return an error for a review listing.	VDC-194933

CDB - Export

In some cases, clicking Properties from an Export Definition opens a blank page.	VDC-186614
An export retry defect is causing users to be locked out of their accounts.	VDC-208076

CDB - Import

In some cases, Reference Object import jobs were repeatedly requeued.	VDC-199374
An error occurs for some users when attempting to load a "Primary Source" package into an archived study.	VDC-201547*
Third-party data containing emojis fails to display in Listings.	VDC-203617*
In some cases, including a timestamp prefix in a file name causes an unknown error during third-party data ingestion.	VDC-204490
A Demographics third-party data package was skipped and did not complete ingestion.	VDC-205470*

CDB - Listings

In listings with a complex CQL that contains an unnamed subquery, users may be unable to apply filters via the Sort & Filter menu.	VDC-177271
Users aren't able to filter by codes or decodes on lab codelists.	VDC-204011*

CDB - Protocol Deviations

Issue Description	Issue No.
The Edit button remains disabled for a Protocol Deviation even after its status is successfully updated back to "Open."	VDC-201844*
For event-level PDs, the Protocol Deviations tab in the Cell Details panel doesn't show the Event Date.	VDC-203912*
The protocol deviation date doesn't populate when the user creates protocol deviations with the Deviation Date set to Event.Date.	VDC-209981

CDB - Queries

CDB - Unblinding Rules

In some cases, Unblinding Rules do not propagate as expected when imported.	VDC-210299*

Coding

In some cases, the Subject Filter dropdown takes longer than expected to load for very large studies.	VDC-206334, VDC-206897
In some scenarios, when a coding form containing a derived item is submitted, duplicate Code Requests are created even though the derived item is not configured for coding.	VDC-209192*

Data Entry

In some cases, when resetting a dynamic Form that is marked for removal and has existing form links, a server error occurs.	VDC-209987

Labs

When a new unit item with Disable Conversion checked is added and then immediately deleted, the page becomes blank.	VDC-204539*
It is possible to set a Lab Unit Item with a null conversion factor if the unit was archived. Deployment of an Analyte Library containing these definitions fails.	VDC-210644

Migration

Rule Editor

Rule Execution

Safety Integration

With this release, custom fields that aren't mapped are no longer included in the subject JSON file.	VDC-203753*
In some cases, a case can be incorrectly marked as superseded when two events are created and one is added to the other through Add Relevant Subject Info in Veeva Safety.	VDC-208333

Study Data Extracts

In some cases, Study Data Extract jobs that were scheduled prior to the 25R3 release, and that have Send to CDB Workbench configured, fail.	VDC-211070
In some cases, when the manifest.json file for Study Data Extract jobs that were scheduled prior to the 25R3 release and that have Send to CDB Workbench configured is edited, both the original and edited manifest.json files are attached to the job.	VDC-211109

Study Design

With this release, when a rule is copied using the Use Existing strategy into a target study that already has that rule archived, the target rule will be updated to match the source rule and then validated.	VDC-190301*

UI & Performance

In some cases, when a user navigates to EDC Tools, and then navigates away from and back to EDC Tools, and their site access is removed or the site is deleted during the same session, an error occurs.	VDC-206095
