Query Status Icons

Queries in Vault have three statuses: Open, Answered, and Closed. These statuses indicate which actions have been taken and what still needs to occur on a query. Vault uses these status icons for queries:

Icon Name Meaning
Open Query

Open indicates that a query has not been answered. The Open Query badge displays in the casebook schedule on the queried event or form’s existing status icon.

Answered Query

Answered indicates that a query has been addressed. For example, the site has responded with a reason for the queried value. The Answered Query badge displays in the casebook schedule on the queried Event or Form’s existing status icon.

Open Query

Vault uses this status icon to indicate that a query is currently Open on the query itself.

Answered Query

Vault uses this status icon to indicate that a query is currently Answered on the query itself.

Closed Query

The Closed query status indicates that a query requires no further action or discussion, and so there is no icon.
