Here are the answers to frequently asked questions about Vault CDMS training. If you don’t find the answer to your question here, contact Vault CDMS Support (CDMS_Support@veeva.com).

How does the training process work?

Before your study begins, you will be assigned certain training courses (based on your role) to complete before you can access your study in Vault CDMS. See this overview for detailed information about the training process.

Which emails will I receive from Vault CDMS Training?

You will receive an email with login instructions when you begin using Veeva Learning, and then you will receive an email each time you’re enrolled in a new course or curriculum.

I didn’t receive or can’t find the Vault CDMS Training email. What should I do?

Make sure that you’re checking the inbox of the correct email address. This should be the same email address that you provided to the sponsor. If you’re using the correct email address, check your inbox’s Spam and Trash folders for emails from this address: team@learn.veeva.com.

If you still can’t find the email, contact Vault CDMS Support (CDMS_Support@veeva.com).

The password reset link in the Welcome to Veeva Learning email expires after seven (7) days. To reset your password, go to learning.veeva.com and click Forgot Password?. Note that your username is the same as the email address the Welcome to Veeva Learning email was sent to.

How do I change the email address associated with my Veeva Learning or Vault CDMS account?

Contact your clinical research associate or sponsor.

I am experiencing a problem with a training course. How do I get help?

Please contact the Vault CDMS Support team (CDMS_Support@veeva.com). Provide as much detail as possible, including the course name and a screenshot showing the issue you’re experiencing.

How do I access my certificate?

You can access your certificate from Veeva Learning once you’ve completed all courses and passed the exam.

To access your certificate:

  1. Log in to Veeva Learning.
  2. From your Dashboard, click My Courses. Click My Courses

  3. Click the Course Name of the completed course curriculum.
  4. On the right side of the Course Content page, click the Course Name link in the Certificate section. Certificate link

  5. Absorb opens your certificate. You can view, download, and print the PDF of your certificate.
