What's New in the 19R1.0.15 Mini-Release

Release Date: May 26, 2019

Release Date: May 26, 2019

We are pleased to bring you this new feature in this week’s release. See details about feature enablement below.

Retrospective Amendments Handle Orphaned Records

Once a retrospective amendment is complete, Vault automatically deletes any execution data that is no longer required by the new study design. Vault then no longer shows any deleted Events or Forms in the casebook schedule. Prior to this release, Vault continued to display orphaned Events and Forms in the casebook schedule following an amendment. This enhancement streamlines the casebook schedule and alleviates the potential for confusion among data entry users following amendments.

Known Issue:
Vault does not include deleted records in Detail PDFs or the PDF output from the Audit Trail Export job. Admins can view audit information related to deleted records from Admin > Logs > Object Record History.
