Migrating Safety Cases

For existing production Studies in Veeva EDC where Safety Cases are tracked in a non-Veeva safety system, an import can be performed to reflect the safety cases against the EDC locations/data they originated from. Once performed, the Study will subsequently scan for changes and send follow-ups to safety where appropriate.

Contact Veeva Services: Please contact your Veeva Services representative to coordinate the migration of your safety data. The steps required can deviate depending on the expectations of the Study and/or destination safety system. The actions in Veeva EDC will require an elevated account, such as a Vault Owner.
