This week's release includes fixes for the following issues:

Casebook Versioning

Site-level retrospective amendments fail when the job includes a casebook that is moving from one version to another, across a version with a destructive change, while other casebooks on a later version would not receive the destructive change. With this release, the amendment will succeed, but it will skip the casebook that would receive a destructive change.	VDC-293947

In some cases, opening a check doesn't create a query on all relevant records due to query message character limits.	VDC-293577

In some cases, CQL may return an incorrect value for the output of a Count function when the statement has a join between two Forms on Form.Name.	VDC-293824*
Users shouldn't be able to save a custom listing including a set.	VDC-294593*

CDB - Listings

CDB - Observations

CDB - Unblinding Rules

Issue Description	Issue No.
Users without the Restricted Data Access permission appear in the Assign dropdown when creating observations on blinded forms and row blinded items, even though these users cannot view the data. Users without the Restricted Data Access permission do not appear in the Assign dropdown when creating observations on records that are conditionally unblinded by rules.	VDC-290870*
Data Managers should be able to view QRY and PD records related to a conditionally unblinded items in SYS listings.	VDC-292712*

Data Entry

Deployment

EDC API

In some cases, the Close Queries By ID EDC API endpoint successfully processed requests even though it was missing a backward-compatibility validation check to block the reserved keyword "CDB" from being used in the message_source_system_name parameter in versions prior to 26.2.	VDC-294295*

Freezing & Locking

For some users, the Bulk Lock & Freeze Snapshot skips unfrozen fields because it only checks the parent form's status and not the child items.	VDC-289677

Labs

When importing normal ranges, Vault doesn't show a useable error message when the Effective Begin Date and the Effective End Date values are the same.	VDC-293644

Migration

Migrator Repair may not work as expected when the Study has multiple casebook versions.	VDC-294492*

Review Plan Assignment

Role & User Management

Safety Integration
