Using CDMS Vault Training & VeevaID

CDMS Vault Training LMS: As of September 9, 2024, Veeva’s own LMS, CDMS Vault Training, has replaced Absorb LMS.

Accessing CDMS Vault Training

Site and sponsor users access CDMS Vault Training using different methods:

  • Site users must use VeevaID to access CDMS Vault Training. Users without a VeevaID will be prompted to register for one after the 24R2 release.
  • All other users (sponsor users) will access CDMS Vault Training using their Vault username (Sponsor ID).

For the purposes of VeevaID, all users are split into two categories, site users and sponsor users. If you are not a site user, you can consider yourself a sponsor user.

For more information about the transition to CDMS Vault Training and for answers to frequently asked questions, see CDMS Vault Training and VeevaID FAQ.
